Our COVID-19 Prevention Policy

At Chrysara Nest, we understand that we are going through unprecedented, uncertain and stressful times.  We want to let you know how we are responding to the Covid-19 situation at our stores.  Our employee safety and health always come first and anything we can do to prioritize the health and well being of our team members is important to us.  

We are closely following all local, provincial and national guidelines and safety recommendations. Our Mandaluyong location is in an area under General Community Quarantine (GCQ).  As of now, we are allowed to operate under Category 3 as a non-leisure retail establishment.  

For everyone's safety we will be implementing strict safety protocols for our store personnel and shoppers will be asked to follow certain safety measures including wearing of face masks at all times while on the store premises, having their temperatures taken and practicing social distancing measures.

We ask that any shoppers who are feeling ill, have recently tested positive for Covid-19 or been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive please not shop our stores in person until the prescribed quarantine period of 14 days has passed. 

As additional precautions we will be limiting the number of persons allowed in the stores at any given time, ensuring that the stores remain well ventilated and regularly cleaning the premises.  

We are also offering Virtual Appointments as an alternative way to shop our store!

We also offer curbside pickup throughout the week.  This way, you can shop on-line and come pick the goods up at either of our store locations.  Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for more information on placing an order for curbside pickup.
